On Tuesday the 12th of October 2010, in the village of Falmer, East Sussex, the 1595 Club will be celebrating the Four Hundred and Fifteenth Wedding Anniversary of the famous Elizabethan soldier and Master of Fence Mr. Vincensio Saviolla and Mrs Elina Saviolla (nee Warner).

The evening will start at 7pm and commence with a demonstration of the Renaissance Art of Arms; followed by a short talk by Mr.Chatfield on the life and times of Signor Saviolo and will conclude with food and drinks in celebration of the happy occasion.

Tickets will be £10.00 for 1595 members and £15.00 for guests. All proceeds will go to Lupus UK.

Congratulations to Mr. Dave Bulling on passing his Free Scholar exam. The test was held over three days on the 9th, 12th and 13th of May 2010.
